I had the : 386bsd port running but it doesn't work with FreeBSD and : I was unable to compile it. I compiled wampes (taken from ucsd.edu) to run under it. I talks kiss to the serial port where one can attach a KISS TNC to do ax25. Linux has a AX25 device driver for in the kernel and doesn't need something like wampes. Still running/compiling wampes on *BSD should be easy to do. I run mine on a PK88 TNC in KISS mode and wampes. I also have a 386sx with Desqview online running with 4 8530 HDLC chips on it. I haven't yet finished the scc driver for *BSD. FYI I'm running FreeBSD 1.1.0(Current) as of 15 Mrt on a 486DX/33 Good luck, Walter
