I have been trying to install FreeBSD on my Gateway P5-60 and I can boot
from floppy and the system hangs at "changing root device to fd0a", the
point after device recognition in the boot sequence. All devices seem to
check out OK. I tried the boot from cdrom w/one floppy method and from
3 floppies only. The cdrom is dated December 1993. Can anyone advise me
here?
