I have some important questions before I do that: 1) Do I need a mouse driver in order to use the mouse in applications which support mouse (like XFree86 ) ? 2) I have a modem. I wish to use it in order to dial out to other systems. I heard that cu does not support Binary file transfer. Is there some NetBSD-compatible program that allows you to transfer binary files through modem ? 3) Since I have heard that NetBSD is not so stable on some systems (like other OSs), Is there a chance it will work on my system ? I have a : 486DX/33 with 4Meg RAM, 1.44 floppy, 1.2 floppy and a 205 Meg IDE disk (WD AC2250). 4) one last thing : Where can I get FreeBSD / NetBSD FAQs ? Thanks alot in advance ! Ran Yaniv.
