I have installed FreeBSD to boot from an IDE hard drive.  I needed a
 commercial MessyDos utility to low-level format the hard drive before
BSD would install properly.  It kept complaining of "disk full" during 
the installation process, and only a complete wipe would cleans the drive
of MicroSweat contamination.

Please include this function in the BSD installation process.  -David-
