(There seems to be a problem with libgcc.a (it is dated >March 30, 1994)) Is there a new libgcc.a or an easy fix? Please send e-mail. *PLEASE* anyone using NetBSD-current should be subsribed to the NetBSD current-users mailling list. NetBSD-current core members very infrequently scan the newsgroups for problems. You would know all about the current state of NetBSD-current if you had been subscribed. :-) Send mail to majordomo@sun-lamp.cs.berkeley.edu with just "help" (no quotes) in the body. It will tell you how to get subscribed to current-users. In the mean time, you need to grab the *latest* binaries from ftp.iastate.edu or sun-lamp.cs.berkeley.edu and install them first. There have been some incompatible changes made lately to move certain internal things from 32-bits to 64-bits and 16-bits to 32-bits. Once you extract a new set of binaries, make sure your sources are completely up to date before building new things (especially your include files). If you get stuck, mail to current-users@sun-lamp.cs.berkeley.edu is the appropriate forum. Good luck. --Michael -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Michael L.
