Either that, or I'm >just masking the problems once again. As far as I understand it, the TUNE_1542 option just tweaks the speed settings - it doesn't work on som emotherboards. Apparently there are some problems with certain revisions of the 1542C - I am using a 1542CF, and have had no problems.
