Don't let you fool you by that. The information is free, but the service he
offers costs you $95 (when I got this a couple of weeks ago). Just for
putting your name and address on a sheet of paper and mailing it to an address
in the continental US.
The lottery is free, so is the official information on how to do it.
Everybody can do that.
In fact, is there no way to stop these people from using the net as a place
to advertise for their own private buisness. He posted this ad to virtually
every newsgroup I`m reading...
