As far as I understood it, this is true. Perhaps they didn't make it available, because they wanted to earn some money, before everybody can ftp it. The origional announcement stated, that it has the usual BSD copyright notice, which allows you to freely redistribute the stuff. What I do not understand is, why are they making such a heck around the licensing? Guenther P.S.: Followup changed, because I hate unneccesary crossposting.
