Is there a way of configuring X386 to work without a terminal?

I've only got a Trident card on my machine but on the desk next to it is
a sun 3/60 workstation. It seems to me that a good way to make use of
this would be as a X terminal to my 386bsd box, utilising the increased
power of my 486 and the graphics of the sun. Now back to my question,
can I configure X386 to work just as a server across the network? I
assume this must be possible since our campus unix machine does this
sort of thing.
