Although it won't help you in the short term, Rich Stevens and I have teamed up to write TCP/IP Illustrated Volume 2: The Implementation. The text will include the code, detailed commentary, figures, tables, etc. describing the popular BSD implementation of the TCP/IP protocols. We anticipate that Volume 2 will be available late this year. We'll post a message when the table of contents and other information becomes available via ftp from aw.com.
