I see references in the FreeBSD FAQ, install notes, etc to it supporting some of the PC sound cards. I have a Gravis UltraSound, and would love to get it going. How? Is the support built in? Is it a seperate package? Where do I get it? etc. I greped all the man pages and didn't find anything except the /dev/sound driver. Please mail me as well as responding here (if you wish). Mail is faster, and I would like to get an answer before I leave tonight if at all possible. Thanks. PS. My Congrats to the FreeBSD and XFree86 people. Nice package. No problems with the install, works well, and with fvwm, looks great. From a clean Harddisk to an operational X-windows system can be done in 1 hour. Excellent. --- Ken Robinson NRNS Incorporated e-mail: robinson@nrnsinc.on.ca, ken@mystic.ocunix.on.ca I am under the opinion that my opinions are my own opinions, but that is just my opinion.
