I just downloaded 1.1-RELEASE, and the kcopy_ah boot floopy doesn't
find the IDE controller on my 386DX40...

Hundreds, if not thousands, of IDE controllers have been found
successfully by 1.1R (and 1.1G before it) so I have a hard time
believing that this isn't some weird configuration problem. I've
installed a more than a few IDE machines myself, and they're all just
fine!

The addresses 1.1 expects to find a WD register compatible controller
at are:

controller	wdc0	at isa? port 0x1f0 bio irq 14 vector wdintr

or

controller	wdc1	at isa? port 0x170 bio irq 15 vector wdintr
