	This is the nasty one... what I did was start over with the passwd
	files supplied on the 0.9 floppies [I believe..].  Since I only had
	10 or so users, it wasn't hard to add them back..

	There is now a "ttyflags" utility that sets things like clocal on
	any tty devices at bootup [if you place in in your rc].  This will
	allow you to dial out once again, and you'll now also have PPP.
