This number is outrageous.  In a nutshell, this can't happen unless something
is really screwed up in the configuration.  Did you remove all but 1MB of your
memory?  Is swap still configured?  Did any of the hardware change?  How much
swap do you have configured?

Please send more details, as this is totally unacceptable.  I'd like to see
hardware details, the disk details (disklabel output), a script file showing
the timing problems, etc..

If you want to take this offline to get better response it might be easier, but
I've got nothing to hide if you want to keep it public.

That might be a hint to the problem.  Send your kernel file as well,
since it *shouldn't* work under 1.1 due to some changes that were made
in some of the drivers.
