Its way off of central time ;) You need to link /etc/localtime to /usr/share/zoneinfo/<something> for your particular timezone, or set your TZ environment variable appropriately. Also, how do I set it up so local users can use the talk command it has a problem connectiong or something. It should work - is your hosts file and everything set up correctly? Jordan
