Hello all..

I am running FreeBSD 1.0.2 on an HP Vectra 33/ST EISA server with 16 Meg Ram
and 1.6 Gig of disk.

I have gotten the following error twice in the last couple of weeks:

May 19 18:23:01 ux1 savecore: reboot after panic: vm_map_entry_create: out of
map entries

I am running INN 1.2 as the news server, and have named, bootpd, gopherd, and
sendmail running. There are only three logins into the machine, and no one is
doing any compiling.

What I am wondering is what causes this error, and how do I go about solving
it. I can pretty much figure out what it means, I just don't know how to fix
it! The machine reboots just fine and comes back up, but the service
interruption is tough to swallow considering it went down at 6PM, and I didn't
find out about it until 8AM the next day!! OUCH!!

Please reply by e-mail...Thanks..

..Sal
