I am using the O'Reilly book "Using C on the UNIX System".
In example 13-2, (summarizing the disk usage for Berkeley systems)
there is a macro "dtob" used. However, the compiler on my system
(SUN SPARC) can't seem to link with it. A check of the include
directories doesn't show this macro. Anybody out there who has
successfully compiled this program or used this macro, please
e-mail me with any details.

Thanks

Pramod
