In the latest catalog from O'Reilly they are advertising 4.4 Lite on CDROM
for forty dollars.  If you don't want to spend $1000 and also don't want
to chew up all your network bandwidth ftp'ing the entire source tree, this
sounds like a real bargain to me.

Disclaimer: I am not associated with ORA in any way, other than as a
satisfied customer of many of their books and a probable future customer
