I am a NetBSD-0.9 user who has finally learned the ins and outs of Unix
use (e.g. I ask questions from the "expert" version of the c.u.q. frequently)
and I'm looking for help on terminal capability stuff.
1) A text-mode program with more capability than screen
2) Help in X

I am looking for a "screen"-like program (aka iscreen, via GNU) that allows
terminal emulation of something better than vt100. For example, I have noticed
that the default terminal (pc3?) shows yellow text, whereas the screen
program (which uses vt100 emulation) shows inverse-blue text. This suggests
that my terminal has both capabilities. Also, ansi color information
is ignored under the vt100 emulation, or so it seems.

I am also looking for a way to get better readability under X. The types
is too small, and I am too poor to buy a bigger monitor. Suggestions?
I currently use 1.3u (I know it's old, but it works) and fvwm.
