For FreeBSD-1.0.2 and C-Kermit 5A(189):

define sz !sz \%1 \%2 \%3 \%4 \%5 \%6 \%7 \%8 \%9 < \v(line) > \v(line)
define rz !rz \%1 \%2 \%3 \%4 \%5 \%6 \%7 \%8 \%9 < \v(line) > \v(line)

should work for FreeBSD-1.1 too.
