I am running FreeBSD 1.1 and XFree86 2.1. When I'm typing in an X-Windows application, such as xedit, my backspace key works just like it's supposed to. However, when I'm in an xterm, the backspace key doesn't work (it just prints a ^H in the window). I can use the delete key, but it's real inconvenient -- I'd rather have the correct key do the deleting. If anyone has a suggestion, please email it to me. Thank you for your time, Mike Bitz mikeb@guy.state.sd.us
