I spoke to Walnut Creek yesterday about getting a 1.1 cd: they said they 
had a problem with the tape they got. It seems that parts of the 
filesystem image on the cd are broken: they don't know how much. The 
install file set is fine.

A new cd should be available in a couple of weeks.
