I think Karl is well aware of this, and it's probably one reason he included
it in his quote. He tends to pick signature messages that are thought-provoking
and this one certainly qualifies. The same reasoning Hitler used is still being
used by rulers today, and the response of the ruled indicates that they're
still not thinking. Read my lips: no new Hitlers.
