No.


Read the 386BSD FAQ Section 0.  There is a rather exhaustive list of
differences between the free Unices (short synosis for those too lazy
to do their homework:  Too few to make the discussion worth while).

Of course, if you wanted to go through the newsgroup, I'm sure that you
could find that this thread has already wasted more time and money than
buying a commercial OS.  So rather than ask the question, why don't you
just buy one of those and leave us alone....
