Yes.  ORA got their tape.  WC didn't.

However, we did, at work, and, while we don't have the bandwidth or disk
space to put it up for ftp ourselves, the fact that we did get it should
allow WC to put it up as soon as time and disk space permit.  So it will
show up soon.
