That depends :)

If it is a serial mouse, then use /dev/tty00 or /dev/tty01 (DOS Com1 or Com2).
If it is a Logitech or Microsoft Busmouse, then use /dev/mse0.

Note that the busmouse device must be compiled into the kernel.

If it is a PS/2 style mouse, then you have a little more work ahead of you.
I personally have never had to set up a PS/2 mouse system, so if you have
one of those you'll have to ask someone else.
