The modem is connected, and dial-in works fine. The only problem is that
once the link is established I have to set my terminal to 7E1, otherwise
I just see garbage on the screen. I have used the line
"stty -f /dev/tty00 cts_oflow rts_iflow cs8 -parenb -cstopb"
but this doesn't help. Any tips please?
