Allow me to correct my own misinformation.  :)  We at O'Reilly are
releasing two versions of the CD-ROM - one for domestic sales, one for
international sales.  The domestic CD-ROM will be a complete
distribution of all the source files that comprise 4.4 Lite.  The
international CD-ROM will only be missing the encryption sources (which
we cannot make public internationally due to government policy).  I
hope that clears things up.
