Ok, I now have the distribution, and can put it up for ftp. However, I can't make it publically available due to not wanting our ftp server to thrash and burn, but if a number of people who would like to put it up for ftp can contact me, I'll provide access to the file so that can be done, and so forth, as described above. US sites only, please, due to the encryption code and brain-dead export restrictions. Tim
