1.1.5 will NOT be released on CDROM. The conditions of the agreement are
such that distribution of the encumbered code must cease on July 31st.
This includes distribution on CDROM too so Walnut Creek isn't likely
to release a 1.1.5 cdrom with only a few weeks to sell it. In any case, it
would take longer than we have left just to get them produced.

1.1.5 will vanish from the cdrom.com ftp sites around that time too.

Don't panic though. The USL agreement only affects a few people,
Walnut Creek being one of them. Once 1.1.5 is out in the world I
suspect most of the mirror sites will keep the sources available
since they won't have USL agreements which oblige them to cease
distribution.

(I'm predicting that the next question will be whether the 1.1 CDROM's
are still going to be available after July 31st, well the answer to
that is I don't know. Jack, you reading this?)
