One guy had had OVER 400 email messages. And I hate having to go into their account and delete OLD mail because they cant access their account!! Also whats a good ratio for the soft and hard blocks Right now we can only allow a 2 meg LIMIT due to hd space and our quota for the users is setup as: Quotas for user <user>: /usr: blocks in use: 1416, limits (soft = 2000, hard = 2300) inodes in use: 44, limits (soft = 0, hard = 0) How can I get around always having to go in and delete stuff for a user?
