Yes.  I don't have my literature with me, but I believe it's the
bt445s.  There are a lot of people using this board.  It's Fast SCSI-2
(but not Wide), meaning it can do 10MB/sec. on the SCSI bus.

Well, probably.  Be careful with your expectations, because VESA
localbus is a very loosely defined "standard".  Many things were left
up to the implementor's discretion in the original spec.  If your VLB
slots don't do "correct" VLB bus-mastering, you may not get to use
more than 16MB of RAM.  From what I've heard, it just depends on how
good your VLB implementation on your motherboard is -- some work; some
don't.  The only way to really find out is to just try it and see what
happens.  The board does work great with NetBSD and FreeBSD under
normal circumstances, though (although EISA or PCI would be better, if
you have the option).
