Syscons & Virtual Terminals Date: 29 Jun 1994 19:37:31 -0700 Organization: KAIWAN Internet (310/527-4279,818/756-0180,714/638-4133) Lines: 16 Message-ID: <2utb5b$4tv@kaiwan.kaiwan.com> NNTP-Posting-Host: kaiwan.kaiwan.com I last met *bsd in England almost two years ago, where I installed 386BSD 0.1. I've now built a kernel with SYSCONS in it, and have 8 virtual terminals in /dev; but I can't switch! I used the SYSCONS config. as my base, and ran MAKEDEV afterwards. What am I missing in order to get it working? There doesn't seem to be anything in the man pages or the FAQ's. Any pointers would be welcome. Thanks Jason
