All the included clients (trsh, tredir, etc.) work fine. I then tried to build a couple things like telnet and ftp using the New Improved! porting method. No go. Something is happening because telnet gets as far as figuring out the IP number for the name, but the connection is always refused. Same with ftp. I'm not sure if I should be looking for the problem in the remote end (running on SunOS 4.1.3), the local end (FreeBSD 1.1R), or clients I compile (all I've tried exhibit the same problem). -john -- === jfieber@cs.smith.edu ================================================ =================================== Come up and be a kite! --K.
