Os-Bs is for use on 1 Disk with 2 OS's (you can define, which partition will be shown in your boot-menu) bteasy is for use with a 2nd Disk and for a Disk with 2 OS's (and bteasy is booting (default) from that disk, which you boot before. thats good if your system crashed.)
