Unfortunately, it is a PS/1, and the install procedure fails when I go to boot off of the hard drive. I suspect that it must have something to do with the PS/1's brain-dead feature of not storing drive geometry in its CMOS. I know there are solutions for Linux (using LILO). What can I do to boot FreeBSD from this machine's hard drive? Is there something comparable to LILO? Is it easy to install? If I have missed some doc that describes these things, please point me at it. Thanks very much. -- Kevin ------------------------------------------------------------ Kevin Fluet WorldGate Public Access Internet fax: (403) 444-7720 kevin@worldgate.edmonton.ab.ca email info@worldgate.edmonton.ab.ca for rates and other info
