I have a little question about compiling the libraries from source. To profile some code I need the profiled libraries. That's ok. So I thought to install the sources of /usr/src/lib. I went in the /usr/src/lib directory and typed make to generate all libs. But the make script terminates with error code 2, because there are no sources in the librpcsvc directory. There is only a Makefile that references sources. Is this ok ? Or do I have to generate the profiled (or all) libraries on an other way. BTW: The Makefile of libtelnet references the source getty{table|name} (not quiet sure), but this source is also missing. Regards Holger PS: I solved the problem by removing the two libs from the LIBS variable in /usr/src/lib/Makefile -- Holger Brühl <hb@cs.tu-berlin.de> Technische Universität Berlin
