It is not yet : recommended to use it as the default 'cc' compiler but you may try. Change : the cc to cc25 into the Makefile to have 2.5.8 built. Oops, never got that src distribution. Oh well... Why isn't it recommended? It's buggy isn't it? Also what AT&T C++ compiler does gcc 2.4 and 2.5.8 use?
