If this machine has a Intel 365 (pcic) PCMCIA controller chip,
 you can get pcmcia0.2.tar.gz from ftp.cs.washington.edu:pub/ux-pcmcia/netbsd.
This is for NeTBSD-current.
This is tested with D-Link ethernet card and a Megahertz modem.

With a little work it should work with most modems and NE2000 compatible 
ethernet cards.
