I have discovered that specification of the sf key (bad sector forwarding)
in the disktab entry for my second disk results in distruction of the file
system on that disk. Everything is okay till I reboot. Newfs, fsck,
copying files to the new file system all work as expected. However,
following a reboot, fsck reports errors in sectors on the last track of
the last cylinder of the disk. At this point the filesystem is trashed
and I must rebuild the label (via disklabel) before I can newfs it again.
Once I removed the bad sector forwarding key from my disktab entry the
problem dissappeared.

Just thougth I'd mention this in case someone else was struggling with
the problem or had a fix.
