Perhaps you need your eyes examined then.

I couldn't care less whether or not any random collection of people
decide to use NetBSD.  (If they are trying to replace
insert-your-favorite-vendor's proprietary UNIX product, more power to
them, no matter which solution they choose.)

That doesn't mean that I think YOU, the developers, are on solid legal
footing, or that I think you have taken the correct approach on any
number of other, technical issues.  If I did, I wouldn't be working on
FreeBSD.
