(If they are trying to replace insert-your-favorite-vendor's proprietary UNIX product, more power to them, no matter which solution they choose.) That doesn't mean that I think YOU, the developers, are on solid legal footing, or that I think you have taken the correct approach on any number of other, technical issues.
