I'm now running FreeBSD-1.1 and I don't intend upgrading further until a month or so after 2.0 comes out. I understand that someone is working on an AIC6360 driver for FreeBSD-2.0 and I have been told this driver may slot into a 1.1 kernel with a little bit of work. I had been holding off asking this question until I received my new VLB motherboard - but now it has arrived I would really like to use the VL-300 (VLB) SCSI card (AIC6360)... Could one of the person(s) working on the FreeBSD core team writing the 2.0 AIC6360 driver *please* drop me an Email message with both the code for the driver and some simple instructions on how to slot it into the kernel (ie: Makefile mods, etc) - this would be *most* appreciated!
