You _can_ buy the I&GS as a bound book. I saw it at a bookstore around here recently. It also had a couple of other LDP publications in it. Also had that good lay flat binding that I like so much. And, if you don't want to fork out the cash for the book, then you can ftp it -- you win either way, as far as I can see. -- Yow! I just had a NOSE JOB!!
