For NetBSD-current (1.0-BETA) you can get source for a motherboard
using the Intel PCIC chip ( i82365 ) as pcmcia  interface and
D-Link DE-650C ethernet card and Megahertz modem.
Other controller chips  can be easily added and the drivers are
only small additions to existing drivers.
I'll add drivers as I get access to new hardware.

You can get the source  from ftp.cs.washington.edu:pub/ux-pcmcia/netbsd.

I've send the code to the NetBSD and FreeBSD maintainers so it may 
appear in official releases (But I think it won't go into NetBSD 1.0).
