I have a 486/33 on which I'm experimenting with FreeBSD. I have
successfully initiated a 19200 SLIP connection via hard-wired null
modem to my other machine running LINUX. However when I try to do
any higher speeds (i.e. 38400), I get garbage on the 386bsd
machine when trying to use tip to establish the serial connection.

I am running the 1.1.5.1 (RELEASE) FreeBSD. Is there something else
I need to do (besides change the getty speed on the LINUX machine and
the /etc/remote file on the FreeBSD machine) to change baud rates?

It seems i should be able to do much better than 19200 ...

Thanks,
Bill
