The latest sudo may always be found on
    ftp.cs.colorado.edu:pub/sysadmin/utilties/cu-sudo*.tar.Z
You should grab 1.3.1beta12 as it is currently the most stable.  1.3.1final
will be out as soon as I get some free time :-)  An earlier version of
1.3.1beta worked on BSD/386 so there should be no problem with {Free,Net}BSD.
There's a configure script that does most of the work for you...
