Try a "time drynr" in both cases and you will see that there is no
difference in the time for the execution :-).
The failure is dhrystone.c has a hardcoded value for HZ in it or uses
a wrong value from an include file, not sure which was the failure.
The HZ value has changed from 1.1 to 1.1.5/1.1.5.1 from 60 to 100 if i 
remember right.
