I just got a new card the other day, and am trying to get it working with the XF86_S3 server to no avail. The server recognizes and uses the pixel multiplexing, the hardware cursor, and the other nice options on the board, but when X fires up and the monitor syncs, there's a blank screen, at which point the OS is completely locked. The machine will no longer respond to pings, nor will tapping on the NumLock or CapsLock buttons toggle the lights on and off. Anyone have any ideas on how to get this combination working? If so, how about an Xconfig or two? :-/ Thanks! -matt -- Matthew C. Mead -- System/Network Administration, User Support, Software Devel.
