You know most of those errors are common, the kernel has alot of stuff 
compiled in that you dont have so it cannot find it.  Just ignore them 
and then recompile the kernel to your needs after install.

The NMI stuff bothers me though...I too started geting those during 
install and had many problems.  I never had em before so when I found out 
it was meemory related I was upset.  Then I checked all the memory 
thoroughly no problems.  I finally did an install without the NMI stuff 
recently and it once again worked...
