ALL:
Just a quick question - I'm trying to setup ftp between 2 freebsd
machines. Both machines have the 3c509-combo card from 3com - and are
running the 10baseT connection. On one machine, the entire distribution
is setup and on the other, only a minimal system (w/o any distribution sets,
hence the need for ftp). Are there any special considerations? I have
defined the host system in the /etc/hosts section of the minimally configured
system, but receive a connection refused? I thought I would ask since I am new
to this and after reading some manual sections, I found that the BNC and AUI
connections on this card are configured differently.

Many, many thanks in advance

Bob Knier.
